Box of Heart Candy

The Box of Heart Candy is a Light World item from Undyne in Chapter 2 of Deltarune . This item can only be obtained if Kris attempts to warn her about the library 's Dark World . When the Wet-Nose Bandits escape, Undyne asks Kris if they can give it to Alphys , as she noticed the broken bike. The box has " Get Well Soon " with Undyne's scrawl and a note explicitly for Kris. It can be given to Alphys, returned to Sans (with a $ 5 refund), eaten with Susie , or eaten alone. Eating it sets Kris's HP to 19, effectively dealing 1 damage. Giving it to Alphys will prompt an additional dialogue in Chapter 4 , which differs based on Kris's response to Alphys when talking about Undyne: If Kris says, "
