of Deltarune . It heals all Downed and Swooned allies to 25% HP during an encounter . Otherwise, it heals 10 HP to all conscious party members or if it is used outside of battle. It can be found in a chest in Queen's Mansion 's acid lake on Floor 3F , at the northwest isle in the house puzzle room. The chest does not appear until the party defeats the Werewire guarding it. It cannot be obtained during the Weird Route , as the area is inaccessible.
