of Deltarune that can be obtained as a gold prize from the ball machine in the Green Room , from Malius in Castle Town during Chapter 5 , or in a Zenlooker 's room in Flower Castle . It can be created by fusing the Scarlixir and a MysticBand . It maxes out the party 's TP and is an upgraded variant of the TensionBit and the TensionGem . Like other Tension items , it is unique from other consumables since TP is gained immediately upon selecting it instead of when the party's turn ends, similar to the effect of DEFENDing . The effect can be reverted by cancelling the party members' turns.
