Noelle Holiday is one of the main characters of Deltarune . She is one of Kris and Susie 's classmates, as well as the former's neighbor and childhood friend. Her house is located on the northwest side of Hometown . Noelle initially appears timid and kind-hearted, but gradually learns to be more open about her feelings and thoughts in later Chapters . She gains a major role in Chapter 2 , where she temporarily joins the party in Cyber City and wields a ring in encounters , and has a recurring role from Chapter 4 onward.
